we’ve been in the studio for the past week recording 5 new tracks for an EP we’ll be releasing sometime this summahhhh. we’re very excited about the songs and are going in tonight to finish recording. then it’s mixing time. ET visited us last night too  . . .

so we are a week away from our first residency. hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up. alright we’re good. our first night (3/6) we’ve got the amazing Capital Cities and Polaris At Noon joining us . . . awesome! totally awesome! do i sound excited?

we haven’t been here in so long, but we’re here now. we’ve got some real nice things going on too. in march we’re playing free shows every tuesday night at The Central SAPC presented by Indie 103.1 and have got some dope (you hear that? i said dope) bands playing with us. we’ll also be releasing a new EP (as yet untitled) but we know the cover art is going to have a psychedelic river of color flowing out of a Y LUV symbol over the night sky in Joshua Tree . . . whoa.
